After attaining a BA in Silversmithing from John Cass in London, Sarah’s creative career spanned the commercial fashion world; first as a milliner working for Stephen Jones, then designing her fashion and accessories in Australia. Returning to the UK, Sarah moved from London to North Norfolk, where she now works. Sarah now embraces her childhood of style and creativity as a professional artist; 'the bathroom ceiling was midnight with silver stars, mother wore glamorous, elegant tailoring and father made everything from carved furniture to the odd boat!’. Focusing on floral forms, Sarah experiments with colour and shape in an upscale manner. She comments that this subject area is 'infinitely fascinating', promising a year-round exploration of seasonal blooms.
