Sam joined Pyramid in 2019 with a background in managing UK National Accounts across; Stationery, Publishing, Gift Packaging and Arts & Crafts.
With eight years’ experience across, grocery, discounters, high street and fashion retail, Sam aims to make his customers lives as easy as possible. From managing retailer ranges through to in-depth market insight, Sam's primary focus is to help and support customers in growing their sales.

Ian joined the team back in 2012. He has over 20 years’ experience in sales with previous roles including key and national account management within the calendar and gift industries.
Ian now concentrates on developing the UK business and special projects within the Company.
He has a genuine flair and passion for his role, which has seen him bring many new and exciting opportunities to Pyramid.

Rick joined the sales team in November 2015, bringing with him a broad range of experience from within the entertainment industry at national and regional levels of retail sales.
Rick has a good all-round product knowledge, with key strengths in range selection and stock management. He is fully committed to providing a quality level of service and advice to his customers to support their buying decisions.
He manages Pyramid’s entertainment-based accounts at a key and national account level.
Michael Lipman

Michael joined the Company in 2014, bringing with him more than six years’ experience in account management. He has since developed his skills to such an extent that from 2016 he was promoted to Key Account Executive.
Michael looks after a number of high profile accounts across both the high street and fashion channels.

Amy joined Pyramid in 2019 as a Key Account Administrator, working with most areas of the business, including accounts, sales and the warehouse to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Amy has broad experience in administration, customer service and account management from working in multiple industries and brings a new perspective to the running of her accounts.
